Medical Oncology

Each year medical oncologists from the Willamette Valley Cancer Institute and Research Center (WVCI) evaluate and treat over 2000 new patients with cancer from throughout Oregon. Despite our size and experience, we believe in treating each patient on a case-by-case basis, focusing on the unique attributes of the individual, as well as the specific characteristics of the disease. WVCI physicians provide the latest in personalized medicine, the targeted use of therapies that maximizes effectiveness while diminishing side effects.
