Dr. Buchanan graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, UT and completed his residency at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, OR. He completed a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center in Salt Lake City, UT. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology.
